Barry K H Tan has a diverse work experience in the medical field, education, and leadership roles. Barry K H has served as a Head of Medical Care Services and Visiting Physician at the Institute of Mental Health, an Adjunct Lecturer at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and a Locum General Practitioner at various medical clinics and polyclinics. Subsequently, they obtained Graduate Diplomas in Family Practice Dermatology (2016-2017), Family Medicine (2017-2019), and Mental Health (2021-2022), all from the National University of Singapore. In addition to their formal education, Barry also earned certifications in Negotiation Strategies for Success from Emeritus in 2023 and as a Certified NLP practitioner from Mind Transformations in 2021.
