Erica Jaros

Erica Jaros is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and internal communications. Currently serving as the Communications Operations and Agency Initiatives Manager and formerly as a Communications Specialist at the Institute of Museum and Library Services since January 2019, Erica also holds the position of Public Affairs Chief with the DC Army National Guard. Prior roles include various public affairs and mass communications positions with the South Carolina Army National Guard, as well as directing internal communications at the S.C. Department of Health & Environmental Control. Erica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Communications Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Clemson University, alongside certifications from the Defense Information School.
