Talitha Parker

Talitha Parker is an experienced Web Content Manager currently overseeing all content for imls.gov at the Institute of Museum and Library Services since July 2016. Previously, Talitha served as a Web Content Developer at Celerity for Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included coding, content production, and web maintenance. Talitha has contributed as a Web Content Publisher in a migration project for virtual school websites at Randstad, and as a Freelance Consultant, providing technical documentation and deploying non-profit websites.
