Patrick Gadsby

Patrick Gadsby is a seasoned nuclear operations professional with extensive experience in the nuclear power industry. Currently serving as a Nuclear Operations Senior Evaluator at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Patrick leads evaluation and assistance activities for nuclear power stations. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as a Nuclear Shift Manager, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring nuclear safety. Patrick has also held various management positions at Oconee Nuclear Station and has a solid background as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the United States Navy, where leadership and operational skills were further developed. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
