Rick Madjerich

Rick Madjerich has extensive experience in operations and performance improvement within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Evaluator of Operations at INPO since March 2016, Rick previously held the position of Director of Performance Improvement at Entergy from November 2012 to February 2016. Additionally, Rick worked at Xcel Energy from January 2006 to November 2012 as a Performance Manager and Assistant Plant Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, particularly in Outage and Work Management. Prior to this, Rick was loaned to INPO as a Senior Evaluator for Performance Improvement and Learning between February 2011 and August 2012.
