Jacqueline D'Innocenti

Director, Compensation, Benefits And Payroll at INSTITUTE ON AGING

Jacqueline D'Innocenti has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jacqueline started their career as an Intern at a Large Hedge Fund in 2008. In 2011, they worked as an HR Generalist at Aspera, an IBM company, and also served as an Accounting Assistant at Coffee To You, LLC, where they generated invoices and handled phone orders.

From 2015 to 2017, D'Innocenti worked as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Jacks Diving Locker. In 2018, they joined the Institute on Aging, starting as a Senior HRIS Analyst/Team Lead. Here, they implemented various systems and processes, such as Healthstream for compliance training and Engagedly for performance evaluation. Jacqueline progressed within the organization, taking roles as a Human Resources Operations Manager and later as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, where they successfully implemented Workday and collaborated cross-functionally.

Most recently, in 2022, D'Innocenti assumed the role of Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll at the Institute on Aging, bringing their extensive experience and expertise to the organization.

Jacqueline D'Innocenti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Oregon.
