Elic Anbar

Elic Anbar is the Chief Executive Officer at Institutes Of Health and the Founder & President of Survivors Justice Center. Elic has been the Principal at Law Offices of Elic Anbar since 1996. Previously, served as the Deputy Public Defender at County of San Diego from 1994 to 1996 and at County of Los Angeles from 1986 to 1989. Elic holds a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Columbia University.
