Ricardo Cardenas Miranda

Ricardo Cardenas Miranda is a professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles across various institutions. Currently serving as Asesor en Planificación y Control de Gestión at the Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos since November 2020, responsibilities include designing work processes, developing visits to facilities housing individuals deprived of liberty, and managing institutional budgets. Previously, Ricardo worked as Contract Manager at HELIPRO SPA, overseeing the operation of a Chinook helicopter for national wildfire combat, and held key positions at the Subsecretaría para las Fuerzas Armadas, Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, where management responsibilities were focused on the legal division. Other roles include Analyst of Management at the Ministerio de Justicia and head of the Evaluation Control and Management Development Unit at the Ministerio Público.
