Francisco Sade

Francisco Sade has been providing consultancy and advisory services to restaurants, catering companies, and hotels since January 2008, focusing on menu development and cost analysis. Additionally, since December 2012, Francisco Sade has served as the Director of the School of Gastronomy of Argentina at Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno, overseeing operations and conducting general audits of Mariano Moreno culinary schools across seven countries, including the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Argentina.
