Oscar M. Rodríguez Elias

Oscar M. Rodríguez Elias serves as a Full-Time Professor and Researcher at Tecnológico Nacional de México - Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo since June 2009, specializing in knowledge management, intelligent systems, and software engineering. Concurrently, Oscar held the position of President of the Association of Informatics and Communication Technologies Professionals of Sonora state (APSTICS A.C.) from July 2016 to June 2020, focusing on the development of the TIC community in Sonora to bolster regional growth. Prior academic roles include teaching positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad de Sonora, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, and support at CICESE Research Center, with a solid foundation in software engineering and computer science education, including a Doctorate from Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación Superior de Ensenada and an Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo.
