Marketer with a master's degree in Management and Productivity, from the APEC University, and also in Educational Science, from the University of Camagüey, Cuba. He has postgraduate studies in High Business Management, also from APEC University.

He has experience in the financial sector that began in 2006 as Agency Manager of the Popular Association of Savings and Loans, where he remained until 2010 and between 2010 and 2013 he served as Manager of Savings and Credits in the Cooperativa de la Industria of the flour.
