Olga Shvydka

Olga Shvydka has over 25 years of professional experience. Olga began their career in 1996 as a Database Administrator at International Centre of Privatization, Investment and Management in Kiev, Ukraine. In 2000, they moved to International Land Systems (ILS), Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were responsible for managing a software testing team and preparing test documentation. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst / Project Manager / Quality Control Manager at ACVITAS, where their responsibilities included requirements analysis and business process evaluation, data model and database design, application prototyping, and preparing business analysis documents. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Instock.com as the Director of QA.

Olga Shvydka attended the Business school of International Institute of Business from 1999 to 2000, studying Finance. Olga then attended Kyiv National Economics University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economical cybernetics.
