Philipp Rüßmann

Philipp Rüßmann is an accomplished professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Instone Real Estate since August 2018, alongside responsibilities as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Digital Officer. In addition, Rüßmann holds the position of Geschäftsführer at Nyoo Real Estate GmbH since May 2023. Prior experience includes leading Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at IVG Immobilien AG from May 2015 to July 2018 and acting as Advisor to the CEO at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in late 2014.
