Klaudia Wituń

Klaudia Wituń has had a diverse range of work experience. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at inStreamly, first as a Junior Recruitment Specialist and then as an HR Specialist. In both roles, they were involved in the technology company's platform that connects micro-gaming streamers with prominent companies. Prior to that, they worked at EF Education First as a Brand Ambassador starting in February 2023. From 2020 to 2021, Klaudia held a position at Samorząd Studentów WZ UW as a member of the Promotion and Public Relations Committee, where they focused on building a positive image of the faculty in social media platforms. Additionally, they have experience at LeasingTeam Group as an HR Consultant from February to May 2021 and as an HR Apprentice from December 2020 to February 2021. Klaudia'sresponsibilities in these roles included properly selecting CVs, creating attractive job advertisements, conducting initial interviews, and managing their own recruitment projects.

Klaudia Wituń obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Warsaw from 2019 to 2022. Klaudia then pursued a Master's degree in Management and Psychology of Business at Kozminski University from 2022 to 2024. In terms of certifications, they completed a course on Management of Trainings as a Key Aspect of Organization Development at ADN Akademia in February 2023. Klaudia also completed an English course in Toronto (level C1) at EF Education First in September 2022, a Spanish course in Barcelona (level B2) at EF Education First in August 2021, and a course on Project Management Principles at Zwolnieni z Teorii in June 2020.
