John J. Butler is a seasoned professional in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with extensive experience across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of DevOps & SRE at InStride since October 2021, John previously held senior leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks and Reltio, focusing on cloud services and engineering. With a strong foundation in operational leadership, John has contributed to large-scale platforms at PlayStation and Splunk, and has managed infrastructure operations at Proofpoint and technical operations at Skyfire Labs. Educational background includes studies at Menlo College between 1996 and 1998.
