Stephen is the Chief Legal and People Officer at InStride, the Strategic Enterprise EducationTM partner of choice for businesses creating sustainable advantage and social impact through the continuous growth of their people. As Chief Legal and People Officer, Stephen oversees legal, compliance and human resources.

Prior to InStride, Stephen was the General Counsel at Zwift, a global fitness platform for cyclists and runners. He reported to the Zwift CEO and led all legal and compliance matters.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from Columbia University.
