Agnes Durst

Agnes Durst, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate reporting, financial planning and analysis, and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Reporting at Instructure since December 2021, Agnes previously held the role of Financial Controller at HB Boys, L.C., where responsibility encompassed FP&A, treasury, and accounting for multiple entities. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Vivint Smart Home and WB Games/Avalanche, managing significant budgets and collaborating closely with executives on strategic financial planning. Agnes began their career at The Walt Disney Company and Milgard Windows and Doors, focusing on finance and operational management. An MBA from the University of Utah complements a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kansas State University.
