Kara Virgallito Marolt

Kara Virgallito Marolt is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience across educational technology and product development. Currently at Instructure since February 2023, Kara previously held similar roles at LearnPlatform and Edmentum, where strategic ownership of K-12 adaptive assessments and the successful launch of the award-winning Exact Path were significant achievements. Prior to product management, Kara worked as a New Media Project Coordinator at Greater Twin Cities United Way and as an English teacher within the Oakland Unified School District. Early career experience also includes a senior business analyst position at Target. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication from The Ohio State University and a Preliminary Teaching Credential in Secondary English from Alliant International University.
