Carlos Melus

Carlos Melus serves as the Associate Director of Advanced Technologies at Werfen North America since January 2011, leading Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering teams while designing computer vision solutions and spearheading cloud transitions. Previous roles at Werfen include Manager of Advanced Technologies, where responsibilities included identifying new technologies for product evolution and serving as an engineering consultant, and Supervisor of Software Systems, overseeing software development activities. Carlos's earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Support Engineer at Inova Diagnostics and Systelab Technologies, a Project Manager at Teltronic, and an Area Manager at ONO. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Advanced Studies in Medical Device Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza.
