Ivana K. has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Most recently, Ivana worked at MAK-SYSTEM International Group as a Technology Transformation Delivery Lead. Prior to that, they were a Project & Product Management Academy Trainer & Mentor at Brainster. Ivana also served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Semos Cloud for nearly three years. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Worldwide Enterprise Group Business Planning Manager, Technology Services Worldwide Process and Capabilities Manager, Technology Services South East Europe Team Lead, and TS Contract Operations Specialist. Ivana's work experience also includes a role as a Controlling Finance/Risk Specialist at Hypo Alpe - Adria - Bank s.p.a.

Ivana K. has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Faculty of Economics, University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius". Ivana also holds a Master's degree in Monetary economy, Finance, and Banking from the same university. Additionally, Ivana has achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Economics in Skopje, Macedonia. Ivana has obtained various certifications including Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), EG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP Certification Training Course, PRINCE2 Foundation Certified, PRINCE2 Practitioner Certified, and Project Management Fundamentals.
