Herbert Auer

Herbert Auer possesses extensive leadership experience in the fields of business development and operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as Managing Director EMEA/ASIA at Insulation Technology Group since April 2024, Auer previously held the position of CEO at Pollmann International GmbH from October 2015 to February 2024, where responsibilities included international management and oversight of multiple locations in Austria, Czech Republic, China, and Mexico, as well as leadership in business development, innovation, engineering, marketing, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Auer was Managing Director at Pollmann Mechatronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. from September 2006 to September 2015, focusing on operations and business development. Auer holds a Dipl.Ing. (FH) degree from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, completed between 1999 and 2003.
