Marta Olczak-Klimek

Marta Olczak-Klimek is an experienced legal professional specializing in insurance law, currently serving as Regional Leader Europe at Insuralex since June 2019, where the organization comprises over 50 independent law firms focused on (Re)Insurance legal services. As a Founding Partner, President, and European Chair of the Board at Olczak-Klimek van der Kroft Węgiełek since September 2004, Marta has led the firm in providing extensive legal services for 17 years. Prior to founding their firm, Marta practiced as a legal advisor at Kancelaria Nowakowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. and as an attorney trainee at Czarnecki & Bagińska Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni. Marta holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 1999.
