Jorge Gil has worked in the retail industry since 2001. Jorge began their career as a manager of technical service at The Phone House España. In 2021, they became the Retail Director at Insurama.

Jorge Gil attended Instituto Príncipe Felipe from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Formación Profesional Grado Superior in Electrónica y Eletricidad.
