Heidi Holtsclaw

Heidi Holtsclaw is a skilled professional with a diverse background in client services, education, and food service. Currently serving as a Client Service Specialist at IAG - Insurance Applications Group, Inc., Heidi leads training calls on health benefit plans and ensures compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Previously, Heidi worked as an English Second Language Instructor at The Literacy Alliance, where lesson development and standardized testing were key responsibilities. As a Campus Missionary with Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship, Heidi effectively managed administrative duties while pursuing graduate-level coursework. Early career experience includes a role as head cook for the Fort Wayne TinCaps, where Heidi oversaw food preparation and catering. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington.
