Radu Paraschiv

Radu Paraschiv has a diverse work experience in various software development and web design roles. Radu began their career in 2009 as a Web Designer at xVision Studios before transitioning to the role of Web Developer at PROTV SA in the same year. At PROTV SA, Radu was responsible for designing and maintaining the company's websites, as well as developing custom modules for television and sales departments.

In 2015, Radu joined Kalon Global Group, Inc. as a Frontend Developer, where they focused on front-end development tasks. Then, in 2016, they joined the World Economic Forum (Throwpoint) as a Senior Lead Fullstack Developer, where they played a key role in creating a next-generation solution for an online community. This application facilitated collaboration between peers and provided access to experts and leaders in various industries.

In 2018, Radu took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Bitsoft - RRD. In this position, they were responsible for creating a new suite of next-generation tools for the hospitality/HORECA industry. Radu'sresponsibilities included developing large-scale and stable solutions for over 200 clients, both locally and internationally, ranging from guest-facing solutions to property management and lead nurturing solutions.

Currently, Radu is working as a Senior Software Architect at Insurance Business Applications, a position they have held since 2019.

Radu Paraschiv attended Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Computer Science and Economics. Radu obtained a certification in JavaScriptLandia from The Linux Foundation in May 2021.
