Jeff Dunsavage is a seasoned professional in research, communications, and education, currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at the Insurance Information Institute since September 2019. In this role, Jeff conducts research and publishes analyses on risk and insurance issues, develops content strategies, and participates in thought leadership initiatives. As the Founder and Director of The Missing Americans Project since 2010, Jeff advocates for families affected by losses abroad. Previously, Jeff held key positions, including Marketing Writer at Verisk and Corporate Communications Manager roles at McGraw-Hill and A.M. Best. Jeff's academic contributions as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer span several institutions, with a focus on media ethics, public relations, and corporate communication. Jeff holds a BA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College and an MA in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
