Russ Foster

Russ Foster has extensive experience in service delivery and compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager at ReSource Pro Compliance since April 2001. Prior to this role, Russ Foster dedicated two decades to the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as an Independent Duty Medical Technician and achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. Educational qualifications comprise a Certificate in Aerospace Management, an Associate of Science in Health Services, and an Associate's degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, all obtained from the Community College of the Air Force between 1989 and 1993.
