Art Torres, known as The Finisher, is a seasoned professional in the insurance technology sector with extensive experience leading digital transformation initiatives. Currently a Senior Consultant at Insurance Technology Services since April 2021, Art specializes in various aspects of insurance operations, including policy, billing, claims, and data analytics. Previously, as the Director of Information Technology at Seibels, Art provided strategic leadership and implemented agile methodologies while enhancing security and customer experience. Art's prior role as Director of Information Systems at Great American Insurance Group involved directing strategic planning and project management efforts. Art also held the title of VP Application Development & Software QA at Bank of America, where leadership extended to a team of 54 professionals. A graduate of Pepperdine Graziadio Business School with an MBA in Management and Universidad de Guadalajara with a BS in Electronics Engineering, Art combines technical expertise with a strong leadership vision.
