Rahul Matiwadekar

Rahul Matiwadekar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rahul began their career at Serco as a Senior Account Representative from April 2010 to April 2012. Following this, they worked at Three as an International Retentions Specialist, responsible for retaining contract and non-contract clients in the telecommunications industry from June 2012 to January 2015. Rahul then joined VBPO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sr. Fraud Analyst for American Express Account Protection Services, where they analyzed fraud patterns and helped customers protect their assets from July 2015 to June 2016. From June 2016 to May 2020, Rahul worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Quality Analyst and Financial Analyst, focusing on service associates serving North American Citibank Credit Card Clients. Rahul created MIS reports, handled escalations, resolved queries, and improved customer experiences. Most recently, Rahul has been working at InsuranceMarket.ae™ By AFIA Insurance Brokerage Services LLC since May 2020. Rahul started as a Training and Quality Analyst and then progressed to the role of a Manager. Currently, Rahul holds the position of Chief Product Officer.

Rahul Matiwadekar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Madurai Kamraj University in Madurai between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier's College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Physical Sciences.
