Susanta Bhattacharjee

Susanta Bhattacharjee has over 19 years of experience in the insurance and banking industry. Susanta began their career in 2001 as a Sales Team Leader with the Direct Sales Team of Standard Chartered Bank, where they handled a team of 5 sales executives and sold the bank's asset products. In 2002, they moved to HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Manager. In 2004, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where they were promoted from Unit Manager to Agency Manager, managing a team of 54 advisors at the G. C Avenue Branch. In 2007, they moved to METLIFE India Insurance Co. Ltd. as a CBD Manager, handling a team of 15 CBDs and organizing the Career Opportunity Plan for recruiting in various locations of Cat B and Cat C Town of West Bengal. In 2008, they joined HDFC Life as a Branch Head, recruiting and managing a team of 12 Sales Development Managers. In 2011, they moved to Tata AIA Life Insurance as a Sr. Branch Manager to Location Head, managing a team of 18 Sales Managers and 1 Asst Branch Manager. In 2014, they joined Peerless Financial Products Distribution Ltd. as an Area Sales Head, distributing life insurance, general insurance, health insurance and mutual funds and achieving 121% of revenue targets set by the company. In 2015, they joined PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. as an Area Manager-Retail Distribution, handling a span of 20 front line executives, 4 supervisors and 180 Agents. In 2017, they moved to Reliance Health Insurance as an Area Director. Susanta is currently working at Insure First Insurance Brokers LLP as an Associate Partner-Retail Sales Head.
