Alison Albright, CSP

Alison Albright, CSP has been in the workforce for over two decades. Alison began their career in 1998 as a Hostess and Cocktail Server at THE BRIGANTINE, INC. Alison then moved up the ranks to become a Restaurant Manager and Assistant General Manager. In 2017, they joined SDI Staffing as an Account Manager, Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Insure National as a Recruiting Manager and was promoted to Senior Recruiting Manager.

Alison Albright, CSP attended Coronado High School from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Coronado School of the Arts (CoSA), Fine and Studio Arts. Alison then attended Pepperdine University in 1999, studying Fine and Studio Arts. Finally, they attended the University of San Diego from 2000 to 2004, studying Psychology and Philosophy. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Strategic Human Resources, Develop Interpersonal Skills for Inclusive Workplaces, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent, The Art of Connection: 7 Relationship-Building Skills Every Leader Needs Now (getAbstract Summary), The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Virtual Recruiting, and Learning LinkedIn Premium Career and Premium Business. Alison also holds a CSP Certification from the American Staffing Association.
