Naomy Ramos

Naomy Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Naomy began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Representative at Family Physicians Group and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined INSURITAS Insurance Aisle Management as a Customer Service Representative. Over the years, they took on various roles including Front End Team Leader, Workload Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Compliance and HR Specialist/Licensing Coordinator. In 2017, Naomy became the VP of I-APPEX and Human Capital at INSURITAS Insurance Aisle Management. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Capital in the same organization. Naomy's work experience showcases their expertise in customer service, HR coordination, compliance, and team leadership.

Naomy Ramos earned an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Universidad InterAmericana de San Germán, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2019, and as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from the State of Connecticut Insurance Department in November 2012.
