Gonzalo Zabala

Gonzalo Zabala began their work experience in 2008 as a Service Engineer at Planex Technologies. Gonzalo then joined Tecnotree Corporation in 2010, starting as a Support Engineer before being promoted to Service Leader. After that, they worked at Ascentio Technologies SA from 2013 to 2015, first as a USOT - OG Coord and later as a System Engineer. In 2015, Gonzalo returned to Tecnotree Corporation as a Project Engineer and eventually became a Sr. Solutions Engineer. Currently, they are working at Inswitch as a Product Manager, starting in June 2021.

Gonzalo Zabala pursued their education at the Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto from 2002 to 2008, earning a degree in Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones with a specialization in Servicios de datos y sistemas multimediales.

In addition to their formal education, Gonzalo has obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2019, they completed the Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals certification offered by TM Forum. In 2020, they obtained multiple certifications from TM Forum including the Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals, AI in Telecoms Overview, Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level Exam, and Fundamentals of Transition to Virtualized Networks. In 2021, Gonzalo received a certification in Gestión de Proyectos con Metodologías Ágiles y Enfoques Lean through the 'Conecta Empleo' Programa de Formación Digital de Fundación Telefónica. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Certified Blockchain Expert™ through the Blockchain Council.

These certifications have further strengthened Gonzalo's expertise and competence in the telecommunications field.
