Cindy Foster

Cindy Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in virtual training and education. Since July 2010, Cindy has served as the Virtual Training Quality Manager at InSync Training, focusing on ensuring high-quality service through the InQuire Engagement Framework. In addition, Cindy has worked as a Virtual Learning Facilitator, conducting online certificate classes in various domains. Previously, Cindy worked at Providence Medford, Providence Portland, Legacy, and Tuality from 1994 to January 2019 as a Childbirth/Parenting Educator, where notable contributions included designing and facilitating the first live online Childbirth Education program in Portland. From 2001 to 2009, Cindy held the position of Childbirth and Parenting Education Manager at Tuality Hospital, overseeing staff and curriculum development. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Telecommunications Services Director at Southern Oregon University from 1992 to 2000, managing the campus telecommunications system and developing training programs. Cindy holds a BA in Communication from Southern Oregon University and has attended Willamette University.
