Michelle Clonmell

Michelle Clonmell is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in managing complex organizational initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Director at Intact Technology, Michelle oversees the integration of multiple ServiceNow workstreams for the IRS. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager at Enterprise Solutions and Management, where process analysis and implementation plans were developed for ServiceNow, and as Knowledge Manager at the Department of State, focusing on knowledge system strategy. Michelle has also held senior positions at Comcast and Agoralux, LLC, where strategic growth and change management initiatives were executed.
