Rick Fratanduono

Rick Fratanduono currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Intact Technology, where responsibilities include leading the development of customer success initiatives. Previously, Rick held various key positions at the Internal Revenue Service, culminating in the role of Director of the IT Operations Command Center, overseeing a team of approximately 230 employees and an annual budget of $30M. During a long tenure at the IRS from 1983 to 2016, significant achievements included developing strategic IT plans in collaboration with top executives, leading large teams, and implementing innovative solutions that resulted in enhanced operational efficiency and increased revenues. Rick holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Florida and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Coe College, along with executive coaching certification from the IRS and other institutes.
