Swapnil Rathi

Swapnil Rathi has had a varied work experience since 2008. Swapnil began their career as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technology India and then moved on to become an Executive at Onward Technologies in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Specialist at AXA Business Services and then as a Senior Credit Analyst at CRISIL Limited in 2018. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Analyst at BNY Mellon and then worked as a Business Analyst - Associate at Deutsche Bank from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the Director at Intain.

Swapnil Rathi obtained their MBA in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business Pune in 2013, majoring in Finance. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad in 2008. Swapnil also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2021, and has cleared Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam from the CFA Institute.
