Todd Larkin

Todd Larkin is the current Chief Operating Officer at Intalere. Todd has held this position since August of 2017 and has been with the company since then. Prior to their current role, Todd was the Senior Director of Corporate Procurement at Express Scripts from February 2013 to August 2017. There, they led the transformation of Express Scripts' Corporate Procurement organization from a back-office, administrative function into a strategic partner for key business areas. Todd was also responsible for leading a 60 person organization that managed indirect, non-pharma spend. Todd's functional responsibilities included developing and deploying Category Management, Sourcing & Contracting, Supplier Performance & Risk Management, Supplier Diversity, Procurement Systems, and Procurement Analytics. Before Express Scripts, Todd was a Business Leader for Sourcing & Supplier Management at MasterCard Worldwide from July 2007 to January 2013.

Todd Larkin has a BA in International Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Todd is also certified by the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Professional in Supply Management.
