Caroline Ma

Caroline Ma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline is currently working at Intechnic as a UX Strategist & Researcher, where they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Researcher at the same company from June 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Intechnic, Caroline worked as a UX Researcher/UX Designer from February 2021 to November 2022. Caroline also has experience as a Patient Service Coordinator at Ling O Cheng MD from November 2017 to February 2022 and as an Americorps Member at City Year from January 2017 to June 2017. Furthermore, Caroline has interned in various positions, including Social Media Marketing Intern at Voelker Orth Museum from June 2016 to August 2016, Data Analyst Intern at NYC Human Resources Administration from June 2015 to August 2015, Admin Intern at NYC Health + Hospitals from December 2014 to February 2015, and Clerical Intern at NYC Health + Hospitals from June 2014 to August 2014. Caroline Ma completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Biology Health and Society from Cornell University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a UX Academy Certification from Designlab. Caroline also holds certifications from the Nielsen Norman Group for UX and Google Analytics, which were obtained in March 2023 and September 2022, respectively.
