Susan Krause

Susan Krause is the corporate vice president and chief quality officer, responsible for setting the strategic direction for corporate compliance and quality systems.

Ms. Krause has more than 30 years of global leadership experience in all aspects of quality, compliance, design assurance, supplier quality, operations, and manufacturing engineering. Prior to joining Integra, she was the vice president, Global Quality, Compliance and Risk, for Molex, a manufacturer of medical, automotive and consumer products. At Molex, Ms. Krause led the business continuity response for COVID-19 pandemic across the organization, covering 136 sites, including 75 manufacturing sites, and approximately 45,000 employees. Previous to this role, Ms. Krause was at Medtronic for 10 years in quality and operation leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including an expatriate assignment in China, leading the establishment of two new manufacturing sites for the company. She also spent 10 years at Boston Scientific in manufacturing, engineering, and leadership positions.

Ms. Krause completed her bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of Northwestern. She received a journeyman’s degree in tool and die engineering from North Central Technical College and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Bethel College. Ms. Krause is a certified master black belt in Lean Six Sigma.
