Sridhar Karra

Sridhar Karra has over 28 years of experience working with the Integra Group of Companies in various roles. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Global Execution Head at Integra Micro Software Services. In this role, they are responsible for enabling customers towards digital transformation and providing business and IT automation solutions. Sridhar collaborates with the Board of Directors to set and drive the organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs. Before their current position, they served as the Vice President - Telecom and Mobile Device BU at Integra Micro Software Services from 2011 to 2017. In this role, they were involved in business development, mentoring leads and engineers, and expertise in building, implementing, and auditing processes.

Sridhar Karra holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Sridhar also earned a Master's degree in General Studies from B.V.M High School, Rajahmundry, which they completed between 1977 and 1987.
