Alyssa Seide Rende has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alyssa began their career in 2012 as a Teacher Assistant at St. Francis of Assisi Preschool. In 2013, they worked as a Medical Administrative Assistant at Philip Physical Therapy. Then, in 2014, they joined Integra Partners, where they held multiple positions including Customer Success Associate, Quality Assurance Analyst, Operations, Product Owner, and most recently, Process Engineering Manager. Alyssa'stime at Integra Partners lasted until 2020. In 2021, Alyssa co-founded Rende Carbon, a recruitment advisory and consulting company specializing in impact technology.

Alyssa Seide Rende completed their education in a chronological order. Alyssa attended Weston High School from 2004 to 2008. After high school, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities at Norwalk Community College from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they enrolled at Arizona State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2011 to 2012.
