Russell Kimyagarov

Mr. Kimyagarov is co-founder and Managing Partner of Integra Real Estate Capital, LLC. He is a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. He entered the real estate finance arena in 2003 as a commercial real estate mortgage broker at a prominent finance and advisory firm in New York City. His career began in originating and underwriting commercial loans for stabilized and transitional properties.

With a unique understanding of the capital markets industry, Mr. Kimyagarov has prudently guided private and institutional clients with their capital sourcing needs for acquisitions and ground-up development projects. His ability to swiftly analyze transactional economics, underwrite cash flows, and procure customized debt and equity solutions have led him to achieve the most aggressive financing terms for his clients. After ten years of specializing in procuring and closing commercial mortgage loans, Mr. Kimyagarov co-founded Integra Real Estate Capital, LLC with partner Igor Goldenberg in 2013.

Mr. Kimyagarov continues to advise clients on a wide range of debt structures. He brings indispensable long-standing relationships with all major real estate capital providers, including life insurance companies, Wall St. conduits, domestic and foreign banks, REITs, and hedge funds.
