Andree st-Germain

Andree St-Germain has a diverse range of work experience in the mining industry. In 2009, they started their career as an Associate in Mining Investment Banking at Dundee Capital Markets, where they eventually became Vice President of Mining Investment Banking. Andree then moved on to become the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Golden Queen Mining from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they held roles as Director at IDM Mining Ltd., Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., and Integra Gold Corp., while also serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Integra Resources. In 2019, they became a Director at Ascot Resources Ltd., and they currently hold the position of Board Member at Osisko Mining since 2020.

Andree St-Germain completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, earning an ICD.D Designation in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Finance/International Business from the Schulich School of Business at York University between 2007 and 2009.
