Lori Roberge

Lori Roberge has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career at GE Healthcare (formerly IDX Systems Corporation) in 1998. Lori initially served as a Benefits Analyst and Payroll Administrator before transitioning to become a Lead Compensation Analyst from 2000 to 2006. In 2010, they joined Transparent Language as a Human Resources Payroll Manager, where they stayed until 2019. During this time, they effectively managed payroll and HR responsibilities. From 2019 to 2022, Lori worked at Dessange Group North America, where they held the role of Associate Director of HR and later Director of Human Resources. In April 2022, they joined INTEGRA Biosciences as the Head of HR/USA.
