Urs Hartmann has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the consumer care industry. Earlier in their career, Hartmann worked at Roche (Schweiz) AG, where they held the positions of Country Manager for Roche Consumer Care in Switzerland from August 2001 to December 2004, Country Manager for Roche Consumer Care in Brasil from March 1997 to July 2001, Country Manager for Roche Consumer Care in Peru from December 1995 to February 1997, and OTC Manager in Argentina from August 1995 to November 1995.
Hartmann began their career at Unilever in 1990, where they held positions including Marketing Manager from April 1994 to June 1995, Sales Manager National Accounts from July 1991 to March 1994, and Brand Manager for Cosmetics from March 1990 to June 1991.
