Taylor Shawver

Taylor Shawver serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Co-Founder at Integral, contributing to strategic client engagements, employee behavior inspiration, and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Strategy & Culture and Manager of Strategy, managing client relationships and project management across various industries. Taylor has also gained legal experience as a Certified Legal Intern with CT Public Defenders and worked in public relations with various organizations, highlighting strong communication skills. Taylor holds a Doctor of Law from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Spanish from the College of Charleston, with further education at the Universidad de Sevilla.
