Hans Riedel

Director Of Facilities / Health & Safety Officer / Certified Energy Manager at Integral Care

Hans Riedel has over two decades of experience in facility management. Hans started as a Property Manager at GSA in 2001, overseeing maintenance and operations of a 750,000 sq. ft. federal facility. In 2005, they became a Sr. Property Manager at GSA, managing over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of federally owned and leased real estate space until 2018. In that year, they joined Integral Care as the Director of Facilities, Health & Safety Officer, and Certified Energy Manager, responsible for directing real estate operations of 37 medical facilities and leading energy management programs while ensuring safety and maintenance across properties.

Hans Riedel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from St. Edward's University in 1999. Hans then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the same university in 2002. Hans also holds a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.
