Aaron Bolton

Aaron Bolton is an experienced executive search consultant currently serving as the Director of Global Executive Search for Funds and Financial Services at Integral Search since February 2022. With a strong emphasis on Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Governance, Aaron supports clients in key hiring across global operations. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Head of European Corporate Governance (Ex-UK) and Finance at Black Swan Group, where a new desk was launched focused on growth in Europe. Aaron also led the Singapore office, placing candidates in corporate governance positions within top Financial Services institutions. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant in Compliance at Badenoch & Clark and a City Manager for Taking Liberties. Aaron holds a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University and a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from NTUC LearningHub.
