Collette Gray

Collette Gray, President and Chief Executive Officer of Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living, joined ISL in 2010. Under her leadership, ISL has been ranked the 17th-largest senior housing provider in the nation and one of the larger providers in the state of California. She possesses extensive experience in both operations and sales and marketing. In her ISL role, she provides day-to-day operations, sales, and resident care oversight for all of the communities ISL currently manages, as well as overseeing all new development projects. She encourages an environment in which team members are promoted for their ability to bring resources and ideas to the team and drives the company culture, which is at the core of ISL’s success.

In 2017, Collette played a vital role as ISL launched a joint venture with Northstar Healthcare Income, Inc., bringing ISL’s unique style of management services to 32 independent communities, in a brand called Solstice Senior Living.

Prior to joining ISL, Collette was with Merrill Gardens for almost five years, serving as senior vice president of Operations. Throughout her eight-year career at Atria Senior Living Group/previously ARV, she held a variety of positions, including vice president and regional director of Operations, regional sales and marketing director, and executive director, and she started her career as a community sales director at an ARV community. She has worked in the senior living industry almost 25 years.

In addition to her role at Integral Senior Living, Collette is also a long-standing board member of the California Assisted Living Association. She served as the chairwoman of its Workforce Development Committee for three years. She has been a member of the Argentum board since 2016.
